GENERAL INSTRUCTION:
                              1.Refreshment and lunch will be provided(no break fast).
                              2.Free trip facility available till 8.40am.
                              3.No accommodation will be provided.
                              4.Function starts at 9.30 am.
                              5.Attractive prices and cash price will be awarded for winners.
                              6.Common to all department.


RULES:

PAPER PRESENTATION :            
                                1. Topics should be any one of the Engineering Streams.
                                2. Maximum of 3 authors per paper.
                                3. No participant should send more than one paper.
                                4.Last date for submitting paper is 10.02.2014.
                                5.Mail the papers with subject paper presentation to  iei.kec14@gmail.com


POSTER PRESENTATION:
                                 1. Theme : Engineering in 2020(imagination of yours)
                                 2. Poster should be presented in hard copy of size A3.
                                 3. Last date for submitting poster is 10.02.2014.
                                 4.Mail the poster with subject poster presentation to  iei.kec14@gmail.com.
                                 5.Maximum 3 members per team.

SHORT FILM :
                                  1.Maximum length of the movie should be 8 min.
                                  2.Presentation about the film for 2 min.
                                  3.Maximum 5 members per team.

MARKETING:
                                  1.Promote a product on stage for 6 min.
                                  2.Do not imitate any of the existing brand else disqualified.
